INTISI 7 EI2120 Fire Curtains

Sectorising large fire areas is now possible thanks to INTISI 7 EI2120 automatic fire resistance curtains. Their high capability to withstand fire, contain flames and hot gases up to 1100ºC for 120 minutes not only reduces thermal radiation, but also heat transfer, creating a safe zone for people and objects.

INTEGRITY (E)

Guaranteed to contain flames and hot gases on the side exposed to fire for 120 minutes up to 1100ºC, avoiding the appearance of:

  • Cracks or openings
  • Flames on the side not exposed to fire

THERMAL INSULATION (I):

Guarantees there is no fire on the side not exposed to fire due to heat transfer for 120 minutes by sprinkling water employing the INTISI-SC sprinkler system.

SCOPE OF FIRE RESISTANCE CAPACITY

Certified resistance to direct fire attack (test system with all components exposed to fire - headbox and side guides).

TEXTILE TECHNOLOGY IDEAL FOR COMPLIANCE

INTISI TEX-FPI

High-performance technical glass fibre fabric finished with an advanced stainless steel reinforcement to ensure INTEGRITY (E) of the system; and finish with an advanced polyurethane formula in order to conserve the properties inherent to the fabric during INTISI 7 fire curtain manouevres.

AUTOMATIC CLOSING

INTISI 7 EI2120 Fire curtains remain permanently open and only close in case of fire when an activation signal is sent for automatic closure in the event of fire.

According to the standard EN 14600

2350 continuous cycles without cooling stoppages tested with the largest curtain.

CLOSING EFFECTIVENESS

The ISF GRAVITY FAIL SAFE® technology guarantees closing by gravity at a controlled speed, even if main and auxiliary power are lost, either because of a general power supply fault or a wiring fault.

INTISI 7 EI2120 fire curtains are EI120 fire resistant rated owing to the certified INTISI-SC sprinkler system.

  • A certified unique system with closed nozzle sprinklers.
  • K80 sprinklers fitted with a quick-response bulb type thermo-fuse.
  • Completely limits the risk of flooding in case of false fire detection alarm.
  • Sprinklers distributed every 2 linear metres along the system.
  • 1.1 bar pressure.
  • Alternative sprinkler installation on both sides.
